COMPLETE at least THREE CHALLENGES a week! Each week will focus on a different "bucket". Ari's 5 buckets to a Healthy Living consists of deep thinking, healthy eating, better sleep, connection and nature. Everyday for the next 100 days starting Monday, Jan 11th, you will receive a LIVE Facebook video on the private Facebook page to help motivate you to complete the 3 challenges (activities) a week! If you are able to "mark off" 3 checks a week you will win the challenge! You can check off your challenges on the Wix app (recommended), or the printable calendar sent via email. I will also send a "tracking sheet" for my records, however you are welcome to mark them off there too! Whatever is easiest for you works or me! :)
